Thank you for visiting Rwanda Agriculture Research Institute (ISAR) website. The mandate of ISAR is to carry out research in agronomy, animal and environmental sciences. It is the apex body for coordination of all agricultural research activities in Rwanda. The institute provides leadership in research for, and policies on, development matters.
